(Bottle, thanks rickgordon) Pours hazy, beautiful yellowish orange with green hints. Woody, Cantillon house acid like aroma with a nice fruitiness with apricots up front. Rather tart and dry in the nose. Full acid sour flavour with some wood and fruits, mostly citrus fruits like lemon, but also apricots. Tart and dry. Some unripe berries. Medium body. Very Cantillon-ish.

Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Immensely sour aroma with gastric juice like citric acid. Low on the fruits as always with Cantillon with ripe citrus/grape peel. Very hardcore Lambic.

(2005 bottle, thanks rickgordon!) Shady golden color, white head. Sour apricot scent, marvelous. BillieMaria said "sweaty feet" where my reply was "if my shoes smelled like this I’d sleep with them next to my pillow!". Huge dry sour taste that lingers forever, I love it! Very sour mouthfeel, no bitterness.

Bottle. A yellow hazed color with a white head. Sour, barnyard, citrus and the expected gueuze aroma. Sour yet smooth with a smoked fruit flavor and an apricot finish. Thanks to the bachelor party crew for this one!

Wow!! Very very sour, and this is from someone who loves Rodenbach Grand Cru. Strong apricot...make that hugely strong apricot, slight vinegar and green apples. Complex aroma, with hints of cheese. A winner.

25.4 oz bottle. Bottled in 2.004. Foggy gold with a touch of white froth. Some sediment in the bottom. Sour lemon and yeast with emergent apricot. Unfolds just beautifully. Taste is more sour than nose. Initially tart lemon with hints of pineapple. Apricot remains. Fruitier as it warms. Faint carb, medium light. Finishes with a pleasant pucker and woody peach pits.
