Poured a small white head, fair retention with spotty lace. Seriously hazy, gold, glowiing yellow colored brew. Nose is large, leathery, bretty, fruity with peaches, green apples apricot? and citrusy notes hiding in there also. Body is light, tart, sour puckering mouthfeel. Lots of funkiness here, wet leather, some oxydation and peachy flavors climbing out from underneath it all. Dry, tart, fruity and over the top! Sour, tart, WOW !! Slight tart aroma with some indistinct fruitiness. Nice refreshing tart flavor with funk, dust, apples, citrus and ending in apricots. Tart/sour lingers with a bit of that apricot fruitiness. Medium bodied. Great flavor in great balance. Not as dry as other Cantillon’s I’ve had and there’s a bit of sweetness. MPA (515), Nørrebro(formerly Aalborg), Denmark

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Dec 3, 2006 Cloudy orange with zero head. Sour slightly floral aroma. At first there is a slight hint of apricot in the nose and the taste but it is not something that overwhelms you. Sour and bitter taste dominates as a lambic should. Sourish, fruity nose. Medium body with a marked, vinegary sourness. Not too sure I can pick up the apricots though. Sour all the way through. 291006 lgklotet (420), Singapore, Singapore

I soon changed my mind.. Still can’t believe how this can actually be more sour than their other stuff.. It’s like they’ve taken their Cantillon sour-amp and turned all the way up to... eleven gunnfryd (3615), Kristiansand, Norway

Barnyard, yeast and citrus, mostly lime, in the aroma. The flavor is lemony and sour with yeast. Thin, very astringent beer with a dry, dusty feeling. It’s nice, but maybe too thin and sour. (061028)
