750ml bottle poured a cloudy yellow orange with a small lingering white head. Aromas of citrus, muskiness, spice and light apricot. Palate was light bodied and tart. Flavors of lemon, some muskiness and hints of apricot with the glorious tart lingering Cantillon finish!

Bottle. Cloudy with no head. Semi dry - slightly "dusty" in flavour. Also flavour of dried abricots. Very good.

Tasted at the 2006 Pizza Port Belgian Fest. This fruit lambic pours a light yellow very hazy gold color from a 750ml bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, tart, sour and dry. Touch of apricots. A medium bodied lambic. Malts are fruity, with a prevalent apricot flavor. Intensly dry with a nearly mouth puckering tartness. Very dry, nearly Berliner Weiss in tartness. Still there is a strong malt and fruity backbone under all that tartness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is tart.

Very sour in aroma, very cloudy with no head. This is a bitter beer that makes you pucker up but crave it more and more with each sip!

Sample at Indy tasting Dick’s BBQ 3/31/06 - Aroma has a sour soapy nose with lemon, apricot, and yeast. Pours cloudy muddy yellow with no head or lacing. WOW! Pucker up, this baby is sour. Lots of citrus, apricot, and yeast. Palate is very tart. Interesting and tasty.

Bottle at Cantillon. Light yellow orange in color. Apricot and grapefruity tart aroma. Citrusy notes. Sour and citrusy flavor. Very dry finish. Nicely carbonated. Medium bodied. Well balanced. Finish is apricot. Very nice. Very enjoyable.

Sweet apricot with tart notes. Cloudy and nectar-like. This reminded me of a bellini. Light straw color. Very tart and grapefruity.

(75cl Bottle. 03/2006) Delicious. Initial aromas are all funk just as you’d expect from a Cantillon -- all the distinctive Cantillon aromas are there. Hazy straw/orange. Expected barnyard flavors. Wonderful palate -- perfectly medium-full with lively carbonation and a long finish. Then I let this breathe ... about half an hour into it (I had left some in a glass) it was like smelling and eating an apricot ... amazing. This is a great beer.
