Very sour and tart aroma with a light mustiness. Pours a very cloudy dull yellow with a small white ring for a head. Very sour and tart from start to finish with a light acidity in the finish. So sour and tart that apricot, or any other flavor for that matter, is completely dominated and covered up. 11026 (1779), Alabama, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 25, 2005 Bottle from Styles. Opaque yellow-orange colored with a slight white head. Aroma is very sulfury, reminding me of what a hair shop on permanent day smells like. Light to medium bodied. Well carbonated. A bit sulfury in flavor but not enough to detract from the sour barny flavors. A touch of apricot shows through. Tart. Nice beer but the sulfur smell really detracts for me. marcus (1901), Sacramento, California, USA

This bright orange lambic poured with a thin white head, eliciting a sharp citrus-like aroma. There is a delicate apricot flavor, with a very dry palate and a tart lemon finish. I have enjoyed many of the Cantillon brews, and this was my favorite. kook (2034), Perth, Western Australia, Australia
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 4, 2005 Light orange in colour. Apricot?! More like a big dry gueuze. Intensely dry, big sour mouthfeel. Mild fruity aroma. Very refreshing and morish, but hard to find the apricots there! Still tasty. JensenTaster (1588), Denmark

The taste is also just sour, then, out of nowhere, the abricots sets in. Long finish of the same, the abricots makes this a very mild lambic. madsberg (5062), Søborg, Denmark

Abricot, light sweet sourness in the aroma. Has the typical earthy notes. Flavour as well is sour brilliantly held up by the sweetness. Some hay, tart and fruit notes. Ends on a fruity sourness and is refreshing and cleansing. Used this a twice as palatecleanser during the festival. Probiere (992), Iowa, USA

Poured a lovely shimmering orange, smelled of lemons, acid and apricots, and went down like a shot of Drano, causing rumblies in my tummy. But while in my mouth, it was a nice mix of citrus, apricot, and lots of sourness. Could have used a bit more apricot to balance it out, but good nonetheless.
