Bottle from Belmont Station. Massively disappointing because this bottle was infected and the nose was like diapers and rot. The flavor, while there, was certainly interfered with. The juice of the apricot was present and nicely soured but it was all I could do to make it out. Will try another bottle if able.

2008 Bottle. Pours straw like with a thin white head. Lovely apricot jam aroma, with that classic Cantillon musty funk. At cellar temp this is shockingly sour, but finishes jammy with rich butter notes.

Thanks to Kevin and Karen for buying and sharing this one. Really tart up-front, as it warms you get some of the fruitiness towards the back-end. I enjoyed it all-told, but it was almost a little too astringent for me.

750ml, 2008, pours with a beautiful orange color fading to yellow at the bottom of the glass. Virtually no head, just a ring of carbonation around the glass. Apricot flavors at the front, tart, but not overwhelmingly so... green tomatoes, sour apple, Hints of peach, berries. Wow, great lambic.

On tap @ Toronado. Pours a cloudy glowing orange color with no head. Tart nose of apricot, citrus zest, and a bit of Belgian funk. Taste is medium on sourness, vinegar and dry apricots. Finishes with some oak and a faint sweetness.

On tap at the Toronado SD. Pours with no head over a bright, hazy golden yellow body. Aroma of apricots, citrus, dry apple, light vinegar, barnyard, cheese and sour. Taste is tart to sour with buttery oak, exotic fruits, juicy apricot, berries, dryness, with a slight sweetness imparted by the fruit. Tingly carbonation.
