Massively disappointing because this bottle was infected and the nose was like diapers and rot. The flavor, while there, was certainly interfered with. The juice of the apricot was present and nicely soured but it was all I could do to make it out. Will try another bottle if able. jzzbassman (847), New Albany, Mississippi, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 8, 2009 2008 Bottle. Pours straw like with a thin white head. Lovely apricot jam aroma, with that classic Cantillon musty funk. At cellar temp this is shockingly sour, but finishes jammy with rich butter notes. Tweety (344), Vancouver, Washington, USA

Really tart up-front, as it warms you get some of the fruitiness towards the back-end. I enjoyed it all-told, but it was almost a little too astringent for me. illkarate (90), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
