And so is the flavor, though combined with notes of peach. It has a very dry end. This is not my favorite fruit-lambic. Papsoe (15103), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Sourish, fruity nose. Medium body with a marked, vinegary sourness. Not too sure I can pick up the apricots though. Sour all the way through. 291006 yespr (12345), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Dark yellow, hazy, no head. Aroma of citric acid. Lightly fruity, mostlt sour. Firm maltiness, some apricot and syrup in the finish. But still - this is hardcore lambic, and just on the border of what my stomach can possibly accept. fonefan (11817), VestJylland, Denmark

Aroma of sour milk, abricots and unriped fruit.
Sour flavour dominated by unriped fruit with notes of abricots. Slightly bitter finish.
One of the first lambics I’ve had, and I’m not used to the sour flavour yet.
Interesting.
