| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 26, 2008 Cantillon Classic Gueuze, the one with the black silhouette on the yellow label. Slightly cloudy yellow, started off very carbonated but head settled down to almost zero. Scent is sour and woody. I’ve never had this style of beer, so I find it very sour...but that’s how it’s meant to be. Almost not beer-like at all, but like sour wine. Interesting, but difficult to rate without gaining more experience of the style. travita (1926), Frisco, Texas, USA
