Small bottle poured into my La Fin Du Monde Goblet. The body of this beer is epic - dark ruby red with some sediment at the bottom. Great lacing and some carbonation. Aroma is light sour cherry. Taste is somewhat watery, very very sour mouth feel, and a sour finish.

12oz bottle. Ruby red. "Nose is cherries and vinegar, bit of earthy barnyard funk" -JohnQPublic. He said it so well I had to copy it. Lots of sweet cherries in the flavor, quite sour. Finishes nicely dry and clean. Some hay/barn funk.

Bottle into flute. Pours clear dark ruby red with almost no head, just a ring of pink bubbles around the edge of the glass. Nose is cherries and vinegar, bit of earthy barnyard funk. Taste is sharp and sour from the very beginning, dry vinegar and sharp cherry sourness, with a bit of barnyard funk and horse blanket emerging on the clean, dry, acidic finish. Mouthfeel is light, with very sharp, dry, fizzy carbonation.

Deep ruby red pour with a slightly brown tint. Smells like vinegar with a bit of wood. Very sour. Ridiculous sourness-not for the faint of heart. Cherry flavor with a bit of bitterness. This stuff is like a punch in the face!

The second offering after the brewery tour. This is a lovely pink/red color with a light pink head. Aroma is very nice. Smells like it’s going to be sweet but it isn’t. This is dry, andvery sour. More so than the geuze. Nice carbonation really carries well to the back of the tongue. This stuff is a treat. The fresh cherry tartness is the best part. You think you know what your going to get, but your pleasantly suprised when you find out your wrong.

Bottle. Fruity smell of cherries, sweet and light acidic. Small fizzy pink head, fast and fully diminishing; a dark clear body. Heavy acidic taste, long duration. The beer is extremely dry with a medium body and a flat carbonation. Something really special!

Bottle. Pours a strawberry red with a thin white head. Strong aroma of vinegar and wild berry. Taste is tart and fruity. Bit of a strawberry and kefir taste. Very potent flavors, tartness stings the tongue a bit. Incredibly complex offering. I like.
