750 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy reddish color with no head. The aroma is tart cherries and perhaps a hint of citrus. The flavor is more tart cherries and general sout character. This was decent, but not one of my favorites.

Pours bright red with very little white head. Aromas of tart cherries, with a bit a a yogurt character in the flavor. Medium body with high carbonation. Dry tart finish. One of my favorite lambics.

2007 Bottle bought at Sams in Chicago. I learned something from this beer, that only about 1/10 people are able to drink this type of beer, and drinking a 750 yourself is not easy. Pours a clear cherry red color with no head. The aroma is pure sourness. The taste was very acidic, almost a burning mouthfeel. After a while the cherries come through quite nice, some dryness in the finish. A very sour beer.

On tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà in Rome on 7/6. Pours clear pinkish read with minimal head. Strong aroma of tart cherries. Flavor is very similar. Very sour, but extremely well done.

Unclear red with no head. Slightly tart aroma, dry and mild cherry. A very dry cherry flavour, salty and lemony acidic with a tart finish. Full body. Slightly difficult but worth the effort.

Bottled sample. Clear red in colour with somewhat spritzy carbonation. Aromas of funk. lemon, and mild cherry. Loads more sour citrus, funk, and wood, along with more mild cherry. Beautiful tart and dry finish. Not even a hint of residual sweetness. Great stuff!
