light red and not much of a head. yeast and just a touch of fruit in the nose to compliment the lactic acid. sour and flavorfull this is an intresting lambic. the beer is funky and the natural yeast is the star.

Pours red with just a few bubbles. Aroma is cherry and sour grapes. Flavor is tart cherries and a good bit of funkiness to back it up. Finishes very tart. Fun to split a 375 but anything more would have been a bit too much.

Reddish pour with a light head. Aroma has a vinous, dark cherry essence. Flavor is basic cherry and funky sourness with a nice bite. Good as a dessert, but its no Lou Pepe.

Pours a reddish colour with a small head. Aroma of acid cherries and lime, and a flavour of sour vinegarlike cherries and dry aronia. It is quite extreme and hard to finish.

Draft at the Cantilon brewery. Too sour and not sweet enough for my tastes. Pass.

Bottle 75 cl. red red red with a pink head that last. The nose is fruity with hinta of vinegar. The body is creamy and full of yeasts, and as sharp and sour as it gets.

I actullay do not like so mant fruit or lambic beers. But this is one of thebest sourness i have ever get frm a beer like this. Cloudy, red clour, with cherry taste on first. Well not so much head but very nice sourness afterwards. Nice beer.
