The beer pours a deep red, cherrylike color with a thin white head. Aroma is sour and fruity. The flavor is acidic with notes of fruites and sour. The mouthfeel is sharp and for the not-so-experienced lambic drinker it is very sour. Gets better with each sip of the beer. Overall an average Lambic. smartlung (154), Valrico, Florida, USA

Aroma is light sour, cherries, barnyard, horse-blanket and a light woodiness. Nice mouthfeel with quite low carbonation. Flavour is tart and lightly fruity - some oakiness in there as well. Very well-balanced, btu still tart as only Cantillon can be. MikeF (528), Cleveland, Ohio, USA

Pours a peachy plum colour with a small white head. Nose is muted with cherries and other red fruits, sharp sourness also lingers. Initial taste of tart cherry with a puckering response. Swarms the mouth in a delightful array of red fruits and very enjoyable. Finishing with tart red fruits. Palate duration is excellent. Dry but didnt draw away from the duration. A perfect balance of sour cherry that pulls your lips down with it as it descends into the lower digestive tract. Mouthfeel? Pucker up, buttercup. Almost flawless.
