Tart fruit, acidic aroma with plenty of farmyard. The flavour had masses of tart fruit with a dry, acidic finish. Very enjoyable. 17thfloor (1508), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Like a dark graprefruit pour Fine tiny bubbles. Stingy musty aroma, floral. Would not say the flavor is vingary like a flemish sour. It is very sour but it is more of a tart acidic sour, especially the aftertaste. Very crisp and very dry, cherry flavor is minimal but it works. Packs a punch. Easier to drink as it warms. 7.4.8.3.17

Aroma was huge...musty acid is the best way to describe it. Pour was a light brown with no bubbles or head..but after the taste that’s fine. Incredibly sour and acidic. Burns the cheeks and gums...bit of a sour cherry afftertaste. Outstanding. Gr0ve (1422), Oslo, Norway
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 29, 2007 375 ml bottle. Dark ruby red colour. Tall pink coarse head. Acidic nose with grape skins. Slightly red berries flavours balanced by a sharp acidic note. Sourish overall, but not as sharp as a lot of their other beers. This one has a papery grape skin-like tannin flavour. Very nice and quite enjoyable. swoopjones (1923), Buffalo, New York, USA

Easy drinking maybe needs little more sourness. Nice starter lambic for those not embracing sourness just yet RblWthACoz (963), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Sep 21, 2007 Pours a garnet hue with no head. Nose is a smooth and not overpowering musty. Flavor is slightly sour, but not a punch in the mouth. It will get much more sour if you let it warm significantly. Firm, yet mature, kriek attributes slide over your tongue. Feel is as expected. Little bubble on the tongue and a smooth overall character. Damn drinkable. Smooth and not as abrasive as other lambics might seem to be to a rookie. Worth the shot. stouby (1955), Holbaek, Denmark
