Great aroma, tons of cherries, funky cantillon yeast, just a perfect smelling fruit lambic (just not super strong). Neat pinkish red, very little frothy white head. Taste - holy crap, that is ever sour! Wasn’t prepared for that! Mouth puckering, yeast, vinegar, but also the cherries stay constant, balances things out as much as they can. Finishes too quickly though, I was looking for more depth. Outstanding cherry lambic. GeneralGao (3071), Iowa City, Iowa, USA

Pours a clear reddish-neon pink color with a pinkish bubbly head. Smells of oak with a whiff of yeast. Sour fruit and oak flavors with a splash of red wine vinegar. Very tart on the tongue. rayg1 (440), Ft. Mill, South Carolina, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 6, 2006 My first lambic that I shared with ross. Poured a nice red with very little head. Smell is powerful sourness although I didn’t pick up on the cherries as much (maybe shouldn’t have had an IIPA before this). Taste is a sourness that I had to get used to before I decided I liked it. Interesting experinece but will def. try lambic again. eboats (889), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Nov 1, 2006 Poured deep red with a small white head. Aroma is sour tart cherries, and the funky barn smell people seem to associate with lambics. Just glorious. Flavor is a nice tart cherry that makes the muscles in your jaw tighten. Sour acidic cherry flavor. Bitter and sour. JohnnyJ (1351), Carlsbad, California, USA

Dry with acidic taste and a nice cherry aftertaste. Very sour of course. Original and fascinating, I enjoyed it, though is not exactly my kind of beer. fonefan (11845), VestJylland, Denmark
