750ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Clear crisp raspberry aroma. Slightly perfumed, fruity and acidic taste. Fruity, both raspberry and cherry too. Alas missing a little of the lambic body I like so much.

Bottle @ Svenska Dagar, Pikkulintu, Helsinki. The aroma spreads across the whole room! Wonderful strawberry, raspberry, white wine, sourness and cookies in the aroma. Hazy brown and red colour, medium white-red head. Taste even better and more than lou pepe kriek. Foamy, very dry and tart. Extreme, fruity finish.

2002 bottle @ WSF. Pale reddish orange with no head whatsoever. Candylike aroma with a tart raspberry, strawberry and lemon edge. Taste is much the same, almost like raspberry lemonade, quite puckering with a bit of vinegar in the finish. Tasted how I remember the strawberry patch in the garden smelling.

Hazy light red with small pink head. Sour aroma with hints of rasberries and wood. Flavor full of raspberries, wood and comes out sour. Classic.

Bottled 0,75 ltr, vintage 2000 @Akkurat
Deep cherry red color, small white head. Semi-sour fruity rasberry aroma. Sour Cantillon, extremely fruity mouth-drying rasberry flavor. Sour fruity aftertaste. Another quality lambic from Cantillon. 7 yrs ageing hasn’t changed this any worse.

Bottled@Akkurat. Rubyish red colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is big fruits and red berries along with bigtime sourness. Flavour is sourness, berries and some slight hints of wood. Pleasant.

Bottle. #500!!! Woo-woo. Been saving this for something special. Pours a hazy, bright ruby-pink color with a thin ring of soapy white head. Aroma is tart raspberries, barnyard, oak, sour. Flavor is the typical huge blast of cheek puckering tartness, raspberry, yeast, sour, acidic. Palate is medium bodied, medium to highly carbonated, finishies mind-numbingly tart and dry. Fantastic indeed!

On tap at Teresa’s Next Door. Pours a hazy pinkish amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma was tart, a bit funky, raspberries...really tough to describe...but very pleasant. Flavor was also tart, lightly sour, raspberries, acidic yet fruity.
