The most astounding color of red I have witnessed in a beer. Beautiful thin pink head... truely an amazing appearance. Nose is lovely cherry, wood, and sour notes. Flavor is perfect tart cherry. Feels wonderful in your mouth, juicy and tart. You want to chug this... though doing so would be a sin. Finish is rather dry, the bret sucks the moisture from your mouth, leaving you yearning for another sip. Ends with an almost cherry popsickle flavor that is a perfect end to this wonderful brew. More please!!! jehoey (766), Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours vibrant bright red with a pink head. Very beautiful. Flavor is exquisite, perfectly round. Various sour notes, sour cherries, rustic lemon, dry, complex, and harmonious. Mouth feel is great tiny bubbles caress the tongue as the acidity brings a slight pucker to the mouth. Truly exquisite.

Leathery oak and tart fruit. Beautiful reddish pink color with some fine white bubbles around the glass. Flavors are super tart, sour and dry. Fruit flavors are very well rounded, but again, so damn dry. Outstanding overall.
