| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 29, 2004 Updated: Jan 1, 2008Bottle. Big old sour aroma. Cherry like color. White head. Very complex flavoring. Tart and sour for sure, pleasantly fruity. 2003 bottle consumed Dec. 07. Beautiful pinkish red color with a pink head. Wonderfully clear, translucent. Aroma seems strong on the barny side of things, not a ton of acid noted in nose, light cherry fruit. Light bodied, fair carbonation, perhaps fading with age. Lightly tart initially, somewhat less than what most Cantillon products seem to me. Light fruit, mousy/barny brett seems more dominant in taste also. Nice!
