[Vintage 2004] Bottle... Poured a cloudy red with a light, pink head. Not much of an aroma. Insanely dry and tart with a nice sizzle on the tongue. Light fruit flavors but nothing identifiable as probably a result of the five year age. The dry finish was a bit scratchy.

Botella. Deep beautiful red colour. Sour cherry fruity wood aroma. Great mouthfeel. The flavour is sour with lots of fruitu cherries, light bitterness, some wood and a dry fruity long lasting finish. Yum indeed!

March Houston Tasting. Thanks to pantanap I think. Pours a bright red with pink head. Nose of cherry pie and soft sour notes. Flavor is pretty much light cherries...easy to drink...subdued. Straight-forward, easy to drink Lambic.

2005 bottle thanks to Zinister at the Houston RB funk/gueze/lambic/sour tasting. Pours blood red-beautiful-with a small thick head. Nose is very fruity, tart, cherrys. Taste comes off tangy, tart, cherries present, in the background and not overwhelming. Well balanced, huge mouth, and very drinkable. Great beer.
