Aug 11, 2008 18 months old lambiek, draught at GBBF 08. Hazy golden with a few bubbles alongside the glass.Complex vinous aromas with lemons, a hint of wood and grapefruit. Mouthpuckering and uncompromising, lemons in the lead, dry. Relatively light-bodied. One of a kind.

Light unlear medium orange color with a virtually none appearance, virtually none lancing head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, gum, wood, sourness. Flavor is moderate sweet and sour with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (240508)
