Jul 14, 2008 2005 bottle. Beautiful salmon-brown colored with a thin white head that disappears almost instant. Aromas of gummi bears, flowers, tomatoes, citrus, vinegar and berries. Tastes of vinegar, fruit, cellaring and yeast.

Jul 13, 2008 Rich dark pink colour head not large,back to a little if nothing cover,good carbonation.Aroma raspberry vinegar yeasty.Flavour very dry,berry taste,mild acidic taste is plesant,has a good balance.Sourness in this is to my liking.Finish sour but smooth thirst quenching.

Jul 8, 2008 Bottle. Pours a rasberry red with a low white head. Sour aroma of berries, sour rasberry flavor with just enough sweetness. A very nice fruit lambic indeed!

Jul 6, 2008 Another belter in my emerging taste for lambics. Just the right amount of tartiness, dry finish but really refreshing and moreish. A kind present from our kid. Good job I didn’t drink it at the time as I got pulled on the way home. Very nice and different for me.

750ml capped and corked green bottle from The Lighthouse in Manchester. Pours a murky bright red body with a short-lived inch of off-white head. Smells acidic, fruity (raspberries), and just slightly nutty. Tastes like very sour raspberry with the slightest hint of sweetness toward the finish. Vegetal and tea-like at times in the aftertaste. Light to medium in body with light carbonation. Brilliantly sour and complex, just as I expected from Cantillon. A very solid lambic, but only an occasional treat considering the price.

Jun 28, 2008 Bottled in 2004 (drank 6/2008). Poured a clear effervescent light copper with a hint of pink and small white head. The sour aroma is of cheese, dirty animals, and mild raspberry. The flavor is very sour and fairly acidic. Burns the back of the throat. Less raspberry in the flavor. The acidity wouldn’t be so bad if it had some backing of flavor to it. I love funky aroma but this was not so nice.

Jun 27, 2008 Appearance: Cap&Cork. Orangy pink, cloudy. Absolutely no head.
Aroma: A bit like cider. Vinegary.
Taste: Hint of raspberry, vinegary. Pretty sour. Like it is bad.
