Jun 23, 2008 Bottle. Sweet and funky nose, strawberries and raspberries. Bright red with the fastest dissipating head I’ve ever seen. Opens with hard funk and a light hint of fruit three quarters of the way in that quickly fades. Very smooth palate, highlights the sourness without letting it become overbearing.

Jun 23, 2008 Bottled at home. Very tart with a minimal short lived head. Very dry with sweetness in finish. Far better than champagne!

Jun 22, 2008 Pours a hazy apricot - looks more like a dipa than a lamic. nominal head but with a slight soapy white lacing. Nose- very tart with strong raspberr and some mustiness. Taste- very acidic and woody. Earthy, lemon character with a raspberry kick. Mouth puckering goodness! Finishes dry with some fruit sweetness.

Jun 19, 2008 Draft - Brasserie Beck. Deep pink, fizzy light pink head. Tart raspberry and citrus nose warms to notes of funk and dried wood. Softly funked sour raspberry jam flavor balances on light dried citrus notes. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Not your typical Cantillon super sour, but very nice none the less..

Jun 18, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a darker red with a medium pinkish head. Aroma is fresh raspberries, a little funk, and not much else. Flavor is lots of raspberries, with the typical, but somewhat subdued Cantillon sourness. It’s hard on the palate with the raspberry tartness and lambic sourness, but overall a tasty beer.

Jun 10, 2008 bottel 2007: pours abeuatiful pink coour with a great fluffy white head thick foam lacing. aroma is outstanding, fresh raspberries and a great tartness to go with teh sour funk. the tart makes my wouth water, i cant wait to taste, great fruit aroma , also get some flowers and hinits of sweet honey. wow what a great flavour that is bursting with raspberries and sour funk, the tarness come out and brings a lovely dryness to the palate. teh falvour is so bright and delicous adn the sour is oerfect. it finishes dry and lingering fruit that makes you want to keep driking it all night.

Jun 9, 2008 Bottle. Beautiful and refreshing with distinct raspberry. the complexity is seen better in other lambics but i’m not complaining. I could drink this always and at all times.
