| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 23, 2008 Bottle. Sweet and funky nose, strawberries and raspberries. Bright red with the fastest dissipating head I’ve ever seen. Opens with hard funk and a light hint of fruit three quarters of the way in that quickly fades. Very smooth palate, highlights the sourness without letting it become overbearing. bobinlondon (843), Harrow, Greater London, England

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 19, 2008 Draft - Brasserie Beck. Deep pink, fizzy light pink head. Tart raspberry and citrus nose warms to notes of funk and dried wood. Softly funked sour raspberry jam flavor balances on light dried citrus notes. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Not your typical Cantillon super sour, but very nice none the less.. MatSciGuy (640), Rosemount, Minnesota, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 18, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a darker red with a medium pinkish head. Aroma is fresh raspberries, a little funk, and not much else. Flavor is lots of raspberries, with the typical, but somewhat subdued Cantillon sourness. It’s hard on the palate with the raspberry tartness and lambic sourness, but overall a tasty beer. mcbackus (753), Merritt Island, Florida, USA
