WeeHeavySD (1999), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA Aug 30, 2006 Updated: Apr 5, 2008 A clear cut essential re-rate. Beer 6 of Officially the Best Thursday in Beer ever in the existence of my life. A so called pallet cleanse, Bill from the other site provided a 1996 Vintage Bottle and damn damn damn it was sick. Really freaking amazing makes me want to buy a pallet and put it in a storage unit for a decade and watch it mature. Damn Damn Damn Damn
Beer 13 Summer 2006 trip in Europe. Drank on 7/1/06 from the bottle at Cantillon. I sampled this after my tour. This framboise is dry and subtle and very tasty. The taste of fruit is not overwhelming but present in every sip
Funknmilla (542), Absecon, New Jersey, USA Oct 29, 2008 Draft at Teresa’s next door...Ruby in color, opaque and a slight cloudiness...no head just a little whit on top...sweet and tart raspberry flavor...a light raspberry aroma...its almost on the verge of a sour...quite good...no carbonation and a slightly finish AtlAggie (26), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Oct 19, 2008 Beautiful, brilliant ruby red in color. Poured with no head. Aroma sweetly floral and strongly of raspberries. Raspberry flavor well balanced by the beer’s general sourness, keeping it from being overly sweet. Nice. ManvsCity (25), Redmond, Washington, USA Oct 17, 2008 Bottle from La Cave å Bulles, Paris. Not quite as sour as the Kriek from Cantillon. Beautiful light burgandy colored body. Big frothy purple head. You get the incredible sourness first on the tongue, then a waft of sour yeast yeast creeping up the back of the nose. The fruit only flashes at the end. A perfect sipping beer. Amazing. garmonbozia (169), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA Oct 16, 2008 Bottle from Sprikle at Crown Liquors. Ok this is a great beer. Nice sour taste with lots of carbination. A beautiful red color.
