Looks almost like a red wine - if it wasn’t for the cloudiness. Extremely sour nose - just to get close to the fluid is quite an achievement because of the sharp, vinegary aroma. Surprisingly soft considering the acidity. Sour flavour, yes - but not overwhelmingly so. Very interesting. 120805 TBone (6844), Pori, Finland

| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Jul 14, 2005 Bottled. Deep red coloured. The unblended version of Saint Lamvinus is even more vinous than the regular just like Stene wanted. Sour, fruity, dry and rather woody. It is softer and smoother due to the lack of carbonation. Very nice. omhper (12247), Stockholm, Sweden
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 12, 2005 Bottled. Deep red, Acidic vinous aroma. Dry and citric with fresh character of fruity red wine, which seem stronger due to the low/non-existing carbonation. The mouthfeel is fairly clean, the acidity is Cantillon’s trademarked, and it has grape stone bitterness in the finish. FrkAabenhuus (147), Copenhagen, Denmark
