Poured hazy purple color with minimal fizzy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Good tart grape & yeasty aroma. Medium body with tingly texture and lively carbonation. Moderate to heavy sour fruity flavor with a solid tart fruit and small alcohol bite finish of moderate to long duration.
This is a standout lambic.

Pours reddish with a quickly dissipating head.
Aroma is lughtly sour and vinegar with some oak - wood in teh nose.
Taste sour and yeasty with fruits that help the beer gain a very red wine like mouthfeel.
Not my favorite style, but the whole feel was really enjoyable. motelpogo (4395), Plzen, Czech Republic

Aroma of soured red wine vinegar. Flavor was OMG!!! Sour sour sour. Honestly, it was over powering and so hard to detect other flavors. I definitely detected the wine, and some grapes, and that was about it. Not a fan of the sours. Sorry!!! LordCorkscrew (982), Ronco Scrivia (GE), Italy
