very good lambic, definitly unique but the geuze funkiness remains. Very impressed with this and like it a lot. pours a clear reddish purple pink. funky aroma and dry pallate with a pure inviting finish.

Bottle. Poured hazy purple color with minimal fizzy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Good tart grape & yeasty aroma. Medium body with tingly texture and lively carbonation. Moderate to heavy sour fruity flavor with a solid tart fruit and small alcohol bite finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout lambic.

courtesy of tpd975. Pours reddish with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma is lughtly sour and vinegar with some oak - wood in teh nose. Taste sour and yeasty with fruits that help the beer gain a very red wine like mouthfeel. Not my favorite style, but the whole feel was really enjoyable.

rbesg07, bottle opened at west brewpub. a welcome relief from the west beers. clear pink, rose and rusty tea aroma, slightly cidery, hints of sherbet, not as intense as the other lambics sampled at west

Bottle courtesy of tpd975. Pours a still clear deep redish copper. Aroma is vinous with red wine vinegar, rotting citrus, spicy brett, and oak. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and moderate to strong amount of acidity. Very good.

Courtesy of the Otown December Tasting. Bottle. Pour was a nice light plum color. Aroma of soured red wine vinegar. Flavor was OMG!!! Sour sour sour. Honestly, it was over powering and so hard to detect other flavors. I definitely detected the wine, and some grapes, and that was about it. Not a fan of the sours. Sorry!!!

Altra straordinaria gueuze di Cantillon, non saprei come descriverla da quanto era buona; bottiglia da 75cl smezzata al Duca con Andre che è il miglior seguace del lambic.
