Wow, now this is what it’s about. Blended version of this awesomely dry beer, which was a real treat. A pale rose color, crisp and lively just to look at much less to drink. There’s a modest and subtle nose, with dry grapes and lovely oak in the aroma. Active and quite present mouthfeel, dancing on the tongue. The finish is just ridiculously long and dry, with mild funk and ripe fruits everywhere. Superb. Jerre (1768), Waregem, Belgium

Aroma is lambic-ish - some funky notes of barnyard and sweaty horse - but here the funky notes are balanced with some nice fruits and a hint od red wine. Flavour is sour - squeezed lemons - with some funkiness and some harshness from the grape skins and seeds. Somewhere deep inside you can feel a hint of sweetness as well. The finish is dry with notes of grapes and red wine and a hint of bitterness. I really liked this lambic - the tartness is extremely mouthwatering! Great stuff! pineypower (1104), Pine Barrens, New Jersey, USA

Bottled Oct 25th 2006. Pours out a light ruby color with a light pink almost whit head. Aroma is vinous with some grape notes. Taste is very well balanced, sour vinous notes throughout some nice tart grape flavors and some funk going on in there too. Pricey bottle and pretty much worth it. joshwilfong (797), Cleveland, Ohio, USA

Very red in color with a decent head and good sticky lacing. Smell is big fruit and some funk too. Good flavor of fruit are there. The tartness is very nice. Nice palate. However, I perhaps started to have an allergic reaction to this as my throat started to slightly close up - so I didn’t get a very large sample of this. yespr (12416), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Pours hazy maber/redish with a fizzy and quickly disappearing pink head. Acidic dry brett aroma with a tart fruit note. Dry woody flavour with a nice grape flavour and very wineous notes. Light acidic dry flavour following. Shivering citric dry finish. Lovely! Very nice fruity lambic, classic Cantillon with a refreshing grape flavour. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA

Pours like a cranberry spritzer with transluscency and a bubbly appearance. Smell is fruity, sour and acidic and slightly funky and sweaty.
Taste is very fruity with some grapes, and red fruit like notes. Tart grape, and cranberry come to mind. Smooth and lightly thin in the middle and finishes dry. Carbonation is light but sufficient. Very unique and enjoyable.
