On tap at Ginger Man. Fantastic stuff, as usual. The aroma was huge, funky, stinky cheese, ripe and sour, deep and complex with oak, peach, plum. Taste was big, sour, and ripe, but palate was a little thin, with very little carbonation. A bit lacking in body, but the flavor was delicious, earthy. Mmmmm. Fantastic!

Draft @ Capones. Red color that makes it look like wine - Oaky, vinous aroma. Taste is sweet & tart with a variety of earthy, oaky, and dark fruit flavors. Simmers the palate - very unique and enjoyable! The best lambic I’ve had.

Red of color with slightly red head. A sour aroma with notes of berries and oak. The flavor is fruity with notes of oak. Nice flavor wich reminds me why gueze is so good, this is half wine and half gueze in my mouth. It tastes odd, but in the good way.

On draft at capone’s. Pours clear jolly rancher candy red with a decent size pink head. Aroma of mustiness, tart fruit, and oak. The flavor is fruity, tart, wood, yeasty, carbonated, but not bad.

Lovely deep ruby color, aroma of barnyard, sour cherries and berries. Very sour and musty with stronger berry than vinous flavor. Bubbly lambic makes my belly roil. Must eat cheese.

On tap at Capones. Dense, day-glo burgundy. No head, a few bubbles. I’ve never seen anything this color before, let alone food. Sour, cherry-lemon nose. Faint horse blanket. Gets poopy after a few sips. Quite a full body for a lambic. Virtually no carb but the palate is still lively. Starts tart, of course, but never jaw clenching. Light cherry, lemon, red grape skins and lemon pith. Airy cherry stone finish with hints of cinnamon. Exotic, earthy and mouth watering.
