Aroma of mustiness, tart fruit, and oak. The flavor is fruity, tart, wood, yeasty, carbonated, but not bad. cab (863), Denmark

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Lovely deep ruby color, aroma of barnyard, sour cherries and berries. Very sour and musty with stronger berry than vinous flavor. Bubbly lambic makes my belly roil. Must eat cheese. TheEpeeist (1489), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Mar 9, 2007 On tap at Capones. Dense, day-glo burgundy. No head, a few bubbles. I’ve never seen anything this color before, let alone food. Sour, cherry-lemon nose. Faint horse blanket. Gets poopy after a few sips. Quite a full body for a lambic. Virtually no carb but the palate is still lively. Starts tart, of course, but never jaw clenching. Light cherry, lemon, red grape skins and lemon pith. Airy cherry stone finish with hints of cinnamon. Exotic, earthy and mouth watering. k4df4l (154), DTown, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 7, 2007 (Draught) Dark red colored, little pink head. Aroma is good with fine cherries and dry woods, strong crape-sourness there too. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is also fine with cherries and refreshing carbonation, sourness of course dominates with some wooden tones. spector (906), Lancaster, Ohio, USA
