Bottle. Clear golden body with medium white head. Malty aroma with caramel and lots of fruit. Light yeasty flavour with notes of fruit, spice and light hops.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear golden - white head. Sweetness, candy, fruity, berries, yeasty, sparkling, high carbonated, apples, yeast phenols, spicy, coriander. Classic belgian ale - but too much.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Clear. Dense beige head. aroma of yeast, spice, sweetness, fruits. Flavour is spiced, light grapy, sweet, and fruity. Medium bodied. Has an alcohol touch in the end, otherwise sweet and fruity.

Bottle 75cl. Good foam that stands for a while. Good bitterness. Soft taste, maybe to soft... The smell is very hoppy! It’s still a very young beer, so with some months of rest it should be better. I expected more of this beer.
