Maybe a bit thin in the mouth, lacks oomph, body and depth. OK leafy hop. Quite watery actually. Some peachy apricot fruit. doboy (178), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 4, 2008 Compliments of DrBayern (Thanks Matt!), Poured a dark copper, somewhat hazy. Aroma of caramel malts, ocean water, some hoppage. Flavour of pine resins, grapefruits, caramel malts. Smooothness could be confused for blandness, however the end has lovely bitterness that does say this is an IPA beer. Pretty good stuff. nearbeer (1834), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 1, 2008 12 oz. Cloudy, dark amber-copper with a huge sticky head that lasts. Citrus with some earthy leaf and grass in the aroma. Flavors of bitter resin, funky tea leaf and oak more than balance the light touch of caramel, orange, and molasses. Light-medium body is smooth, with light carbonation and dryish. Nice English-style session IPA that takes a bit of warming up to, but keeps getting better the more you taste. mansquito (829), Boston/Philadelphia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 22, 2008 Beige head and a normal lookin’ IPA body. Thick fruity aroma. Not all that hoppy for an IPA. Tastes almost like tea at times, which might be my mouth’s interpretation of dryness. Medium bodied. Almost bubblegum like with other sips. Rather fruity overall. Strange, but not too bad.
