How: Tap at some restaurant on the Cape Cod
The look: Clear golden body topped by a small off-white head
In long: The light nose is a little citrusy and has light notes of cat litter. Body is very slim but not watery. Not very tasty at all with a light flavour of ripe citrus and a slightly resinous bitterness. Not much caramel/honey flavour to be found, the sweetness contribution feels like sweet ripe citrus juice. Nothing bad per say but this was very bland and not satisfying. This brewery is definitely not a reason to visit Cape Cod. Not that I would visit beach towns just for the beer. Except of course if Russian River ever opens a franchise on a beach. I would go. Anywhere. Even South Beach Miami. I’m not gay but I can learn. LilBeerDoctor (1505), East Setauket, New York, USA

Aroma of caramel malt and floral hops. Flavor is mostly sweet caramel malt with some tropical fruits and light citrus. Not very hoppy really or bitter, more malt-forward for an IPA, but very delicious nonetheless. Full-bodied and easy to drink. I definitely recommend this beer!

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 27, 2009 Growler poured into a pint glass produced a finger worth of off white head that settled to a thick lace. The body of the brew was a amber brown in color.
The aroma was a good citrusy floral hop. Throw in some bread yeast and you got it. The flavor is a great bitter forward IPA, with some good balance malts thrown in. The carbonation was good on it with a medium feel in my mouth.
An easy to drink IPA I already had a few glasses from the growler. They went down great and I am ready for more

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 24, 2009 Pours deep amber into a shaker. Off-white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Resin aromas. Crisp dark caramel upfront and well-balanced with a lasting resin finish. malrubius (1002), Valley Stream, New York, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 27, 2008 Was looking for something local to the Cape while visitting. Mos tof the microbrews in the area seem to be quite bland, and I have to say this is the exception. Maybe it’s due to the blandness of the others, but I thought this IPA was quite good. Definitely a standard IPA--tastes like a Pacific Northwest style hoppy variety. I liked it a good bit. REDDOGICE (203), nantucket, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 21, 2008 A decent IPA. It’s dry, and that saved it from total low scores. I saw it advertised in the best read guide to Cape cod. I tried it, and I somewhat liked it. metsbcd (82), Connecticut, USA
