Bottled at Monks Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Hazy reddish amber with a rich fluffy white foam. Rather hoppy aroma of mild pin, spices, cedar-wood and mild tropical fruit. Medium-bodied with notes ofchalk, apricots, white bread and caramel. Rather mild finish of apricots, caramel and straw.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Lightly hazy nut brown, rich creamy head. Lightly hoppy nose with floral canteloupe. Rather sweet with caramelly rounded malt and clean flavour profile. Mid strength bitterness with a bit of resin. Enjoyable stuff!

A relatively fresh sample flown back from Argentina. Cloudy dark amber. Almost no head. Dirty aroma says something is wrong. Flavour starts clean but then finish rough and the aftertaste is wave after wave of strengthening palate offending attack.

Bottle, february 08. Hazy, organge/ copper color with a medium, creamy slightly tanned head. Citric/ piney aroma with some mineral notes. Fruity/ spicy/ citric hoppy flaor with some slight phenollic notes. Medium to light palate, mild carbonatation. Balanced with a bitter aftertaste. OK, a bit rough APA.
