It pours a hazy, deep golden color with a a minimalist’s head. Rich malty aroma with rich malty tastes and a wee blanced hoppiness. This slides down smoothly with a crisp, satisfying finish. burcusabrews (106), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Sep 30, 2004 Big wheaty nose with some melon. Golden yellow with nice white head. Very nice clean pilsner flavor with some sweet aromatic honey on the finish. Real solid lager- One of the best of the style that I have tried. HopsOrDie (687), New Lenox, Illinois, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 25, 2004 Pours a golden color with a strong malt and bread smell. The flavor was overly sweet with a thick palate. I liked the flavor, but couldn’t see drinking many of these since they are so thick and filling. jeffc666 (1891), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 14, 2004 Medium cloudy golden with a small but lasting white head. The aroma is a fairlky neutral bready malt with a hint of sweetness. The flavor is straight forward bready malt with, again, a touch of sweetness. A bit more bitter than I would have expected. Medium-light body with a crisp finish and a soft mouth-feel. While not outstanding it is a decent attempt. Pigfoot (2226), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 9, 2004 Appearance; a lovely, peachy color, with a short and swift white head. aroma: clean, with moments of weetness, and citrus, with hints of fruits, peach, and others.
Nice light, but playful, texture. Very smooth, with terrific taste. Body is light, and breezy.
Sweet and tangy taste, much appreciated. Light and tastyhop drizzle.
This would belong to my short and elite go-to lager list!

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Aug 14, 2004 Nice milky gold with a firm white head. Light peach with some malt notes, very clean nose. Nice medium light mouthfeel with a refreshing finish. Mild hops and a light sour fruit flavor on the end. Not bad for a ling session! StoutOrDeath (119), USA

Had this one at the Olive and Ash in Koeler Wisconsin. Very refreshing. The truth is, I never got the chance to pour this one in a glass ( I was on stage, and had to get them quick). This was the only beer I tried there, because once I had this I knew that I loved it, so I just stuck with it. Great beer. Another winner from Capital Brewery!!
Thank you Wisconsin! SDbruboy (1832), San Diego, California, USA

Pours golden amber with a full white head that lasted well and left nice lacing. Aroma is sweet and malty with soapy notes and floral hops. Flavor is quite malty sweet with peppery hops and a lingering bitter fruit finish. Light body and lively carbonation. Not bad more flavor than a typical lager.
