Golden-amber colour. Aroma is light, fruity (guanabana), faintly malty. Malt is much more assertive in the flavour - a slightly sticky, chewy caramelized pale malt like the beer had a four hour boil. Slight alcohol note in the sweet, chewy finish.

(12oz bottle) Large off-white head atop a crystal clear apple juice body. Aroma is moderately sweet, bread/caramel, grain, herbal/grassy, floral, apricot. Taste is moderately sweet, bread/caramel, herbal, candi sugar, light alcohol, banana, corn. Dryish alcohol finish. Medium-full body with some stickiness. Rather drinkable for style.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with Styles (thanks!). Poured a medium an clear golden color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of oranges, nectarines, caramel and very light spices. Tastes of the same. Lively body that was on the thin side.

Aroma of wheat and fresh hops erupts from the clear golden body. The flavor goes from sweet and malty to a somewhat alcoholic lightly bitter finish. A good spring doppelbock.

12 oz bottle courtesy of Oakes. Rich copper coloured beer with a thick white head. Sweet honey, caramel malt, some toffeeish sweetness and some breadiness as well. Flavour is very sweet and malty, but not cloying. Honey flavour and slightly vineous. A touch of biscuity flavour before the smooth clean noble hop finish, creamy texture. Nice complexity.

Here’s one for the malt lovers in the crowd! Golden-orange in color with a creamy white head, this has an aroma of toffee and butterscotch and flowers. Well-carbonated-but-creamy in the mouth, this has some amazing, sweet malt flavors. Blended in is a spicy "pepperishness" as well as some clean, bitter hopping. Nice malt and bitter finish. Good doppelbock.
