Flavor starts with a somehwat medicinal bubble gum/ pear flavor and develops into caramel. The finish is crisp and well-balanced. The beer is amazingly thin and almost flat.

Very clear beer. Light orange in color, pours effervescent but does not carry a head. Yeasty aroma. Flavor profile reminded me of Samiclaus. Sweet and sticky.

Deep yeasty aroma. Big malty flavor, definitely one of Capital's better offerings. Alcohol is well concealed. Would have again. Would taste good with red meat.

TAP: gold pour, nose of sweet malts. Taste is malty, sweet/sour, and butterscotch.

Smooth, semi sweet malty flavor. Silky texture with a slight alcohol warmth going down. I really nice beer overall.

for 8 bucks a six pack, I drank it all summer. Big blondie. alcohol makes itself known best long after the first couple though. Warm, a bit spicy, malty and fruity. dark straw body, well carbonated. dry caramel, toasty grains and toffee. sweeter as it warms. well balanced and well hidden alcohol...at first

Pours a medium amber with a small white head. I did not detect much malts in the aroma but in the flavor it was there. Malty, sort of sweet, with a crisp finish. Pretty good beer.

12oz bottle from some random grocery store in asheville north carolina. clear amber pour with a thin to medium white head a ring that sticks around. sweet candy apricot and dark fruit aroma. good slick thin to medium syrupy texture and little carbonation. taste seems on the mild side and complicated at the same time. get hints of sour, bread, honey, vegetables and dark fruits.... seems like a strange combination - but everything is tasty enough. wouldn’t drink a sixer. interesting though.
