Bottle pours a very hazed straw color with a decent clingy head. The aroma is very faint wheat and almost a bit sour. There is not much in the way of standard Hefe aroma - more farmhouse like. The flavor is quite dry for the style, slightly clove like, kind of dusty, perhaps a bit bland. This really has a bit of a Belgian thing going on - no, not a very clear thought, but it is less Hefe than it is Belgian. Better as it warms - there are now some banana esters showing through. The palate is refreshing (in its own way). This one is decent, but not quite good. I’d have it again.

Capital night at Three Cellars Milwaukee. Easily among the best wheat’s beers I have tried. Its carbonation to point of an almost champagne feel is surprising at first. But once you get used to it the beer is a nice easy drinker. With an almost festive feel. Slight hints of lemon and vanilla.

Cloudy straw color with a large foamy/frothy white head. Sour wheat and spice aroma. Semi-sweet smooth wheat flavor with an extremely dry finish, slightly toasty. Hints of lemon and vanilla in the finish as well. Soft palate.

12oz bottle. Dusty wheat field on the nose. Lots of dough and malted wheat with just the faintest touch of citrus. Pours a muddy dark yellow... not all that appealing. Malted wheat, dust hay, bread crust on the tongue. Really not a whole lot going on. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

12oz bottle. Cloudy yellow with thin white head. Aroma has wheat dough & lemon. Wheaty taste with mild citrus, creamy texture. A little bland but overall not bad, I kind of like it.

Bottle. Pours hazy, pale yellow with a thin to medium white head that diminishes. Wheaty aroma with some lemon. Taste is really kind of the same, good lemon taste, not overpowering. Thin body, this would be great in the summer.

Pours a cloudy creamy yellow. Aroma is wheat, orange zest, and various other citrus. Tastes about the same. A refreshing brew.
