The nose offers up little more than malts as it pours the color of a sun dappled grain field with a minimal head. The taste is a bready malty swirl, with a tad bit of citrus lingering in the background atop and even lighter shade of vanilla. awautlet (45), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Aug 7, 2007 An awesome everyday beer especially for summer. Pours a beautiful straw yellow with slight haze. Flavors of yeast and wheat come through nicely. Crisp, citrusy finish. prosqtor (408), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 6, 2007 This beer is nearly perfect for being out in the lawn on a hot day. Pours light, and hazy, with some particulate visible. Tastes smooth, and malty, and leaves you with a bit of a yeasty citrus aftertaste. Pretty good. Arnie (272), Chicagoland, IL, Illinois, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 27, 2007 12 oz bottle purchased on a trip to Door County. Lemony / tart aroma, poured very light color- almost like a hazy Rolling Rock. This was a refreshing beer, but didn’t have much body or complexity. Tasted more like a Kolsch than a wheat. dkoonce (888), People’s Republic of Athens, Ohio, USA

Cloudy opaque dark yellow pour with a fluffy, off white head, yeast and bready with a floral hoppiness balanced with pear and apple fruitiness. Different and kind of strange, especially for the style.
