A very nice beer for a summer day or for washing down a slice of pizza. The nose offers up little more than malts as it pours the color of a sun dappled grain field with a minimal head. The taste is a bready malty swirl, with a tad bit of citrus lingering in the background atop and even lighter shade of vanilla.

An awesome everyday beer especially for summer. Pours a beautiful straw yellow with slight haze. Flavors of yeast and wheat come through nicely. Crisp, citrusy finish.

This beer is nearly perfect for being out in the lawn on a hot day. Pours light, and hazy, with some particulate visible. Tastes smooth, and malty, and leaves you with a bit of a yeasty citrus aftertaste. Pretty good.

Bottled, also thanks to Jim. A surprisingly good Wheat, nut really "wheaty" in flavor. Bread and yeast in the mouth.

sampled on tap during the tasting portion of their tour, i didn’t take much notes but almost all the beers tasted extremely similar. this one was light in color, slightly hazy, white head. nose of wheat and wet grains. flavor biscuit, wheat, and grains, with citrus. nothing special.

12 oz bottle purchased on a trip to Door County. Lemony / tart aroma, poured very light color- almost like a hazy Rolling Rock. This was a refreshing beer, but didn’t have much body or complexity. Tasted more like a Kolsch than a wheat.

Had this one bottled, thanks Jim! Cloudy opaque dark yellow pour with a fluffy, off white head, yeast and bready with a floral hoppiness balanced with pear and apple fruitiness. Different and kind of strange, especially for the style.
