Yellow with medium white head. Sweet doughy aromas mixed with sweet malts. Pretty much more of the same in the taste. Dry semi-alcoholic finish with some fruit mixed in. Pretty solid beer.

Bottle. Poured a a deep golden color with a thin white head that quickly dissipated. Light grain aroma. Strong taste of grassy bittering hops reminiscent of a "Jever" style Pilsner. Not a ton of complex flavors but a nice beer to ring in the spring. Good alternative to the heavy dark beers we Wisconsinites drink to get us through the winter.

Bottle. Pours clear copper with a thin to medium white head. Aroma of sweet malt, corn and wheat. Taste is bread, sweet malt, corn. Very smooth and easy drinking, could be a good lawn mower beer. I like this, nice and simple and a good change from a lot of the heavy beer I have been drinking lately.

Refreshing. Reddish gold, pale brief head. Faint aroma - slightly sweet and toasted. Nice balance of hops and malt with nice viscous mouth feel for the palate. Smooth, decent beer.

Slighty hazy golden with some white head. Great thick and wide malty aroma. Sweet, toasty, and biscuity. Smooth, sweet, slightly alcoholic flavor. Great creamy palate.

Aroma is very natural, almost grassy. Aroma is strange, corn mixed with sugar. Flavor is sugary mixed with light hops and grass. Odd Maibock really. Okay, not bad, but nothing great. Another capital that i’m not completely happy with but can’t complain too much.
