Apr 12, 2008 Golden pour with a white head. Aroma of is sweet and slightly bready. The alcohol is slightly noticeable in the taste as well as sweet malt and a small hop finish.

Apr 10, 2008 [bottle] Poured golden color with a smallish white head. Aroma is a little bit of spice, yeast, and hops. Flavor matches the aroma. Somewhat dry finish.

Mar 30, 2008 Yellow with medium white head. Sweet doughy aromas mixed with sweet malts. Pretty much more of the same in the taste. Dry semi-alcoholic finish with some fruit mixed in. Pretty solid beer.

Mar 26, 2008 Bottle. Poured a a deep golden color with a thin white head that quickly dissipated. Light grain aroma. Strong taste of grassy bittering hops reminiscent of a "Jever" style Pilsner. Not a ton of complex flavors but a nice beer to ring in the spring. Good alternative to the heavy dark beers we Wisconsinites drink to get us through the winter.

Mar 23, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear copper with a thin to medium white head. Aroma of sweet malt, corn and wheat. Taste is bread, sweet malt, corn. Very smooth and easy drinking, could be a good lawn mower beer. I like this, nice and simple and a good change from a lot of the heavy beer I have been drinking lately.

Mar 18, 2008 Refreshing. Reddish gold, pale brief head. Faint aroma - slightly sweet and toasted. Nice balance of hops and malt with nice viscous mouth feel for the palate. Smooth, decent beer.

Great thick and wide malty aroma. Sweet, toasty, and biscuity.
Smooth, sweet, slightly alcoholic flavor.
Great creamy palate.

Mar 7, 2008 Aroma is very natural, almost grassy. Aroma is strange, corn mixed with sugar. Flavor is sugary mixed with light hops and grass. Odd Maibock really. Okay, not bad, but nothing great. Another capital that i’m not completely happy with but can’t complain too much.
