Nice appearance of a dark brown body with a tan head, mod lacing. Aroma is roasty and chocolate like. Taste is similar with initial sweet malty taste with a mildly bitter finish. Decent Dunkel.

A good enjoyable Dunkel and I would have rated it higher had it had more umph to it. It poured a small sized tan head that contained fine-medium sized bubbles. The body was carbonated and clear with a reddish-brown hue. The nose was moderately malty and also had notes of caramel to it. The flavor was malty, and sweet with a smooth, somewhat thin and watery mouthfeel. The lacing was fair.

This brew poured a small head of fine to medium sized light brown colored bubbles that left behind a fair lacing and a transparent carbonated brown colored body. It has a slightly bubbly mouthfeel that smoothend in its finish. The flavor is mostly sweet malt with very little "brown" beer feeling to it. This beer needs mor character and flavor than it has.

Deep brown in color with a nice frothy head. Aroma is toffee, grain and light hops. Flavor is sweet and malty with some nice hop bite on the finish.

Deep rustic red hue with a off-white head and some lace. Aroma hints of roasted malts, molasses, caramel, aromatic hops and fig. Minor sweetness on top of a creamy and soft mouthfeel. Undertone of bitterness and crisp finish. Enjoyable beer, not a world beater but nice overall.

Very dark red color, with a brown head. Light toasted malt flavor. No noticable hops, but it doesn't really need them. A nice, simple beer.

Good malty aroma, grainy with molasses. Astringent, earthy and leathery -- dry with coffee bitter and dark roast. The color of dark tea or cola after the ice melts a bit. Good body, astringent finish. Enjoyable -- a mature brew for the big boys. I'm speculating about the potential of this with a nice blackened beef dish or chops.

Has a nice malty aroma upon opening with a touch of spice. Thick mocha colored head on top of a dark copper colored pour. Nice blend of maltiness with trailing hop bitterness. Very full bodied flavor - finishes strong. Very impressed with Capital thus far.
