Pleasant aroma of apple cider and toffee. Pours a lovely deep clear red-brown with ongoing effervescence. A big tan head leaves a modest lace. Flavor explodes all over the range of sweet roasted malts: raisins, plums, roasted nuts, apple cider. Finishes with some fresh bread, noble hops, and lingering raisin sweetness. Creamy palate, nicely carbonated, very drinkable.

Dark brown and amber color with a tan head. Aroma is not substantial but is well balanced with some nuts and caramel. Flavor offers roasted notes and dark fruit. The hop provides a nice depth to the flavor and acts as ying to the mat yang. Great balance. Dry bitterness. A very well crafted beer.

Bottle. Better served warmer. Pours a dark brown body with a 1 finger white head. Aroma is musky malt german hops and a sticky etoh. Flavor is smooth roasted malt, and german hops. A light malty flavor trails off. decent.

Poured a dark brown colour with a medium sized tan head. Aroma is pleasent, touch of oak, over ripe fruit- apples and jerky? Dark roasted coffee beans, full creamy mouthfeel, well carbonated and a nice long finish.

Capital night at Three Cellars Milwukee. Rich malt taste and a dry finish with a hint of nuts and toffee. Was very smooth and quite refreshing. Not an over-powering beer

I think the commercial description on here makes the beer all that more not special. Pour was very dark clear amber with a forced very light tan head. Aroma was of light malt and maybe some hops and slight corn. Taste was a bit better with an average malt bill along with a hint of nuts and toffee. Was very smooth and quite refreshing. Not an over-powering beer at all. Decent but nothing special. Probably won’t purchase again.
