daknole (1031), Plantation, Florida, USA Oct 10, 2008 Not bad...not amazing. Amber pour, fair sized whitish head. Aroma is pretty tame. Malt hits the nose followed by some spice and yeast. Flavor is pretty muted for my tastes, but still some nice sweetness and yeast on the tongue. Caramel is noticeable, but not enough. I wish this beer had a little more "oomph"
