| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 11, 2008 Screw-Top Bottle: Clear golden/yellow body with a smallish white head. It has a pretty subdued aroma, some sweet pale malt and light hop scents of grapefruit and pine. Nice and snappy mouthfeel. The flavor is sweet with pale malt, has a bit of toasted white bread, and a rather indistinct hop bitterness. The hops are more defined in the finish - pine, grapefruit, and flowers. Sessionable.
