Jun 7, 2005 Burnished amber colour. No head. Caramel, slight toast in the aroma. Clean, toasty flavour with slight woody note and background caramel. Straightforward stuff.

Feb 4, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a clear copper body with a large creamy off-white head. Aroma of fresh cut grass, florals, caramel, and light toastiness. Flavor of sweet caramel malt and mild hops. Easy drinker and probably the best Vienna I have sampled.

Jan 11, 2006 12oz bottle. Poured a medium and slightly hazy amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of caramel and toasted malts. Tastes of toffee, toasted malts, nuts, and some bread. I was expecting something heavier and darker for a winter beer but this wasn’t bad.

The nose has some light chocolate and butterscotch notes.
Well-balanced flavor, but light-bodied and thin. Silky mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Crisp, clean finish.
