Commercial Description:
A pleasingly warming beer with it's amber hue showing off it's rich malt heritage. Mildly bittered with a smooth hop flavor complementing the malt. Winter Skal makes a person welcome the onslaught of the cold. Available November through January.

Bottled. Amber coloured with creamy head. Roasty and malty with clean mouthfeel and grassy bitter finish. Good to see a Swedish word on an American label...

Burnished amber colour. No head. Caramel, slight toast in the aroma. Clean, toasty flavour with slight woody note and background caramel. Straightforward stuff.

(Bottle) Pours a clear copper body with a large creamy off-white head. Aroma of fresh cut grass, florals, caramel, and light toastiness. Flavor of sweet caramel malt and mild hops. Easy drinker and probably the best Vienna I have sampled.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium and slightly hazy amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of caramel and toasted malts. Tastes of toffee, toasted malts, nuts, and some bread. I was expecting something heavier and darker for a winter beer but this wasn’t bad.

Crystal clear, deep amber lager with a small, creamy, white head. The nose has some light chocolate and butterscotch notes. Well-balanced flavor, but light-bodied and thin. Silky mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Crisp, clean finish.

Interesting, moderately malty and hoppy aroma. Has a touch of spice to it, but is otherwise standard and kinda dull.
