Commercial Description:
Loosely based on Vienna style, Wisconsin Amber is a rich, malty lager balanced out with mild hop bittering and enticing hop flavor. Very fulfilling. Very drinkable.

Clear amber body with a fluffy white head. Grains and nuts in the nose with an underlying caramel and fruit sweetness. A little bit of grassy hops as well. The body is of average heft with a nice creaminess. The flavor shows a more pronouced bitterness with grains and nuts just behind. There is a bit of caramel sweetness, but it only pops in and out at random points. The finish is of moderate length, but with a nice crisp bitterness. A nice session beer from Capital.

Looks good, huge cream colored head. Beer is amber. Fruit aroma is ruined by alcohol. Some malt in the flavor with a a little hops. Being a Vienna, I wasn’t expecting much, and this beer didn’t offer anything.

nice flowery aroma orangy hue light orangy beige head. Nince clean smooth palate. Caramel and hops more verging on the point of an IPA but it has more sweetness to it then dryness. Retains head nicely.

Enjoyable amber ale seasoned with mild hops and malt sweetness. Easy to drink, definitely makes a good session beer.

Although this was fairly good, it just isn’t my cup o’ tea. Pour is a browish/amber color, OK head. Sweet malts, hoppy too. Somewhat dry, bitter finish. It does have a rather nice aroma. Overall, nothing spectacular, but drinkable.

Clear dark amber w/ and off white head. Malty, caramelish aroma. Taste sweet, sticky malts with a dry, slightly hoppy finish. Good stuff - thanks slikwily.
