Tap @ Capitol Hill location. Pours a deep amber color with a slight white head. Aroma is citrus hops with noticeable grapefruit characteristics as well. Taste is citrus up front and strong citrus hops at the end, to the point that I was almost convinced this was a West Coast IPA. Overall a decent beer.

(Draft, Capitol City) Amber wine colour, fruity nose with a citrus-corriander body with a definite grapefruit finish, enjoyable with food

Thicker shade of amber-orange. Aroma suggests lavender, substantial caramel malts and applewood. Boring. Tastes floral with a woodsy Cascade bitterness that mostly dominates. One-dimensional, with a hot, floral perfume pulse at the end. Feels like rainwater with rosepetals settled in it. Undercarbonated and a bit thin, unsupported by malt presence as it is. Poorly rounded and too hop heavy. A basic failure as an amber, but easy enough to drink.

pretty nice amber ale. nice copper/amber colour, not a whole lot of aroma, is a bit hoppy, has a nice spice to it too I thought, not too bad.

Draft at Baltimore Harbor. Deep copper pour, with aroma of heavy hops plus solid caramel malt. The flavor provides a nice balance of malt and hops, and this one finishes extremely smooth and crisp, pretty much ensuring a refill.
