Lightly hazy, deeply golden ale with a medium-sized, fizzy, white head. Poor retention; excellent lacework.
The nose is of grapefruit, lemon, lightly malty notes and pine.
Moderately bitter flavor with lots of grapefruit peel.

Sweet, grainy earthy caramel aroma has some faint hoppiness. Body starts with a touch of sweet toast malt, quickly fading into a more bitter, earthy, and dry finish. Needs more lingering malty sweetness.
