Aug 10, 2009 Had this one at the pub in D.C.....nice dark orangey colour.....it tastes much lighter than the look suggests...fruity aromas.....light and drinkable.

Aug 9, 2009 Pint on tap at the brewpub. I am not a fan of fruit beer or flavoring like in this beer but this was a refreshing beer on a hot summer day. It is Ice cream flavor beer but I liked this stuff for some reason.

Jun 29, 2009 Had this one on draught at the brewpub near Union Station in Washington, D.C. Hazy, reddish orange pour with a pink head, a sweet, apricot nose, and a light, fruity, berry and peach flavor. Actually quite good.

Jul 15, 2008 Tried a few sips of my girlfriends pint from the Shirlington location. Pours a translucent, nearly fluorescent ruby-purple with absolutely zero head. Smells of mixed, sweet berries, grass, a touch of banana and a touch of clove. Flavor was sweet berries, no tartness whatsoever, hay, light grains, and a little booze. Finish is a little flat. Overall, nice fruit beer. The boysenberries add a nice, ripe fruitiness without the sour notes of raspberries or even blueberries.
