Roasted malt and cocoa powder aroma. French roast coffee, dark chocolate, and light fruity flavors. Finishes dry with a roasted, but not astringent bitter chocolate. Medium-light bodied. Big props for not being sticky and sweet like I figured it might be after having their triple. A pretty nice, dry, dark chocolate ale with great drinkability. Belgian porter? ¾ (4999), Colorado, USA

The color is a muddy brown that I imagine I would get if I mashed some wheat bread into a glass of water. The nose is faint cocoa butter and a composition of spices that are pretty indistinguishable... tastes of light bakers chocolate up front then more of a cocoa butter over the middle. Mildly prickling the tongue, finishing empty and almost flavorless. Weird beer, I don’t know if they used chocolate malts in this or some form of actual chocolate.
