Commercial Description:
This is a light bodied, Belgian golden ale. Has a dry, slightly sweet finish. Very low hopping lets the malt shine through in this unfiltered ale. Very drinkable beer! 6.8% ABV

at inner harbor location, lightly yeasty aroma, not mcuh spice or banana, color was very pale gold, slightly cloudy, very thin white laced head, smooth and sweet flavor, lots of floral and grass tones, but not overwhelming in any one area. nicely balanced aftertaste, solid amount of body for a lighter style, overall a good session beer

(Draught) Pours a clear golden body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of grass, soap, coriander, floral, and light pepper. Flavor of mild hops (grass, orange), coriander, and some candi sugar.

On draft at the Shirlington location. Poured as expected, full golden color with a generous white head. The aroma was bananas and other fruity type esters. The flavor followed the aroma, this beer coming off like an imperial hefeweizen more than anything Belgian, with spicing and hopping elements near to nil. Mouthfeel was moderate within style.

Draught @ Capitol Hill location: This was served in a chalice. It poured a cloudy, golden yellow color. There was a bit of a white head onit, that left some lacing. The aroma was nice. It had bready, yeasty notes, as well as a slight citrus aroma. The taste was a touch spicy with some coriander. Medium body with a somewhat bready taste also. A slightly tart finish. Not too bad, as I had 2.

Draft on the Hill. Golden-orange with dissipating white head. Sweetish, yeasty nose with notes of oranges and pineapple, other fruits. Moderately sweet flavor with mild bitterness and lively mouthfeel. Tasty but not really exciting.

Draft @ Downtown location. Hazy peach and wheat colored body with a white head. Semi-tart peach rind flavor, full body, chewy, thick, then peppery and fuzzy as times. Muddy wheat and light peach sweet-and-tart flavors, a little too heavy and chewy, more than it needs to be, but otherwise very drinkable.

Beer on tap. Nice cloudy golden with minimal fluffy head. Aroma of fresh citrus with some flower nuance. Palate of bold citrus with wheat, middle palate of grainy-herb flavor with a sweet finish. Drinkable but perhaps preferable in the summertime.
