Very standard for a trip with really nothing intresting other the the standard citrus and spice flavors. next? shameusburp (171), Virginia, USA

Had it sitting next to Cap City’s Helles Lager and I couldn’t tell the difference visually. Couldn’t much tell the difference in the nose either, as this has little to no aroma. Flavor on this is cloying and obnoxiously sugary sweet. Primary taste would have to be of cheap bubble gum and corn syrup. Get some hints of spiciness, but it’s not a particularly mature or well-crafted ale and everything sort of muddles together. The final blow is it actually made my teeth hurt from its sugariness. Without question the lousiest tripel I’ve ever run into.
