Very light flavor- hay and light pils malt profile with a lightly floral hoppiness. Very clean and well made Kolsch. jsquire (2113), St. Marys, Ohio, USA

Pours incredibly light clear yellow with a small white head. There is essentially no aroma here, just a dry, bready flavor with some spicy hop whispers and some dusty hay.
While is not an amazing beer, nor is it so bad. On a previous encounter, on a 100-degree summer day, I found this quite a nice thirst quencher. wilkie (1191), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 12, 2006 Draft at Capitol City Union Station. Pours gold with little white head. Aroma of wheat and biscuits but with a bit of pale lager smell. Taste is like a pilsner with some faint wheat character, tastes like 18% wheat just as it says. Bittersweet finish. Not bad, but had the least to offer of the Capitol City brews that I tried. BückDich (4856), McCall, Idaho, USA

Pale yellow, thick white head, lots of lacing. Malty nose, spicy witha rich husk and biscuity character. The flavor is moderately bitter with a light sweet malty undertone. Finishes musky, not a bad kolsch. Numenor (869), Richmond, Virginia, USA
