Numenor (818), Richmond, Virginia, USA May 5, 2008 Pure black body with a nice ivory head. Heavy coffee aroma with a light malt accent. Very nice taste, coffee chocolate, dark roastted malts with a very light fruit hint. Smoothe ending without the expected coffee taste.
fiulijn (5900), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Oct 13, 2008 Draught at the brewpub, downtown And it should be used to operate garden tools... Black color. It has a light coffee aroma, and a flavor that reminds me old coffee, with some sourness from the roasted malt; it has a reasonable strength. Not my kind, and objectively weird (not to say bad). kassner (184), Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 16, 2008 On tap in DC. Serve din Goblet, Dark Amber, little to no head even at the Bar. Very Sweet, some hint of cherries, very sweet sour, with slight butter.
